Lepage PL Polyurethane Concrete Crack & Masonry Sealant is a one-component, gun-grade sealant that forms permanent water- and weatherproof seals in all exterior gaps and joints in concrete and masonry. Once cured, the sealant is elastic and remains flexible to expand and contract with construction material movement and joint expansion up to 25%.
This durable, non-sagging sealant also resists age-related hardening and deterioration caused by weather or stress. Lepage PL Concrete Crack & Masonry Polyurethane Sealant does not require a primer for concrete, brick, stone, or masonry, thus reducing your installation costs. Its textured appearance compliments rough surfaces like brick and stucco, and it’s paintable for a professional finish.
